Karnivool's In Verses: Musical Acupuncture & The Return of Aussie Prog Power

After 13 years away, Perth progressive powerhouse band Karnivool return with In Verses - a record that once again demonstrates the raw emotion, precision and profound rock power that has made them one of Australia's most beloved rock exports.

In this episode of We Wreck Records , the beloved Aussie rock icons talk about starting out in Australia's most isolated city, the sometimes hilarious making of this exquisite suite of songs, the records that taught them how to feel and why their music is like acupuncture - hitting all the right pressure points for the people that have followed the band for decades.

From "sad boy music" and prog fans quietly weeping in the front row, to the patience required to finish a record on their own terms, this is a grounded, honest conversation about endurance, connection, and why In Verses had to be made.
