インドのAstrogate Labsと韓国のSpacebeamが、IAC 2026で光通信の実証に向けた覚書を結びました。衛星側の端末と地上の光地上局を一体で組み、端末からダウンリンクまでのサービス化を探ります。SSC SpaceやCailabs、NTT、インフォステラなど、光地上局の陣取りも世界で進行中です。光通信の勝負は地上の受け口の数と分散にあるのでは、という見立ても紹介します。
