Become an AI Orchestrator: Harrison Painter on the New Most Valuable Human Skill

What happens when people without a software background learn to direct AI agents, build working systems, and solve real business problems? Harrison Painter says they become AI orchestrators, and their value is about to climb.

Harrison and Jason compare what they could do eight months ago with what they can build today. They get honest about the fear of terminals, the limits of vibe-coded software, why developers still matter, and how people can get paid while learning. The conversation also moves into education, where AI can help students keep asking questions, explore alternate histories, and learn at their own pace.
