Dr. Aaron Kuecker, president of Trinity Christian College, admits what most higher-ed leaders won’t: the system profits by saddling students with debt, and it’s broken. But instead of defending the system, he’s rebuilding it. Trinity has slashed tuition by 40%, eliminated Wednesday classes to prioritize paid work experience, and formed partnerships that mix trades, business, and liberal arts.
