A little dusky on the nose...Old World. A 2021 Modero 8 Gocce Rosso from Piemonte. A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Barbera, Dolcetto, Freisa, Bonarda, and Albarossa.
Blends are always fun - and always a challenge. Particularly in Italy where they do marvelous blends of native and international varietals. It's all delicious! But they can be difficult to research so at the end of the day - trust your taste!
