Growing up without smartphones

The other day, while looking at Instagram,

I saw a post by someone in their thirties that said,

“I’m really glad I didn’t have a smartphone when I was a child,”

and I really agree with that.

If I had had a smartphone as a child, I’m sure I would never

have looked forward to the manga that came out every month,

or read the same magazine over and over until it was worn out,

and treated it like a treasure.

What do you think about it?
