Is 18% the New 15%? Tipping Fatigue, Restaurant Rules & Awkward iPad Screens

New episode is out now, and we are knee-deep in the great American tipping spiral. Big Party and Molly get into tipping fatigue, awkward iPad flip screens, restaurant tip-outs, car wash guilt, bakery counters, house cleaners, airport shuttles, and the eternal Midwest question: “Am I a monster if I hit no tip?”

Molly brings the former-server perspective and declares **18% is the new 15%**, while Big Party tries to figure out where the tipping line actually lives before we all start tipping the guy who looks at our tires.

Plus, Declan is officially off the waitlist and heading to Europe, which means Molly gets the glory and the invoice. There’s also talk about teen boys shaving, piano recitals, dog hair, polar bear skin, tiger stripes, and whether posting about your pet passing away on social media is required by law or just emotionally dangerous for Big Party.
