Carlos Alcaraz is from Spain, and he is often regarded as the successor to Rafael Nadal, who is famously nicknamed the Bull. Because of this, Alcaraz himself has been given the nickname the Little Bull. On the court, he always gives everything he has, never giving up on any point, and chasing the ball until the very last bounce. For him, the point is not over until the ball hits the ground twice. When Alcaraz hits a winning shot, he often shouts Vamos!—a Spanish expression that means Let’s go!—to fire himself up. Next time you watch a tennis match, try to notice this, and maybe you can also use it in your own life whenever you feel like showing some energy (or just to show off a little 😂).
By the way, during the US Open, he showed up with a buzz cut, which in fact, was actually given to him by his brother accidentally cutting too short.
