Byrd and Melanie Billings were murdered during a brutal home invasion in Pensacola, Florida, on July 9, 2009. The couple had 17 children, including 13 adopted special needs kids. Leonard Patrick Gonzalez Jr. led a group of seven in the robbery and execution-style killings.
