She shares how reaching out—despite skepticism and keeping the journey private—helped her mental health, her relationship dynamic, and her ability to stay hopeful through failed cycles. We worked on regulating her nervous system, addressing fear and doubt, and using grounding and visualization practices, and today she’s pregnant and expecting her first baby later this year.
