August 12 | Look Past the Outside | Carpooling with Jesus Daily Christian Devotional Podcast for Kids

Hey Carpool Crew! We pick friends in about two seconds, just by looking. Today we learn to look deeper. We open 1 Samuel 16:7 and the story of how God picked David, the kid nobody thought to call in, and learn to give the overlooked kid a real chance. About 5 minutes, made for the car.

Today's One Thing: People judge by the outside, but God looks at the heart, so pick your friends the same way.

Scripture: 1 Samuel 16:7 (CSB)
