In this episode of Global Economic Press, Alex Brady discusses the transformative power of interior design in the hospitality industry, focusing on the recent project by Tiffany Hanken Design. The Minneapolis-based firm has completed a story-driven interior refresh of Esther's Table, a restaurant located in the Sheraton Minneapolis Downtown at 1313 Nicollet Mall. This redesign brings to life the home of Esther Capp, the matriarch of the family that built the iconic Capp Towers Motor Hotel. For more information about Tiffany Hanken Design, visit their website at Tiffany Hanken Design.

The Capp Towers Motor Hotel, which opened in 1963, has remained in the Capp family for over six decades, a rarity in the hotel industry. Tiffany Hanken Design's refresh of Esther's Table incorporates personal photographs and items from Esther Capp's home, sourced from Minneapolis, Boston, and France. The design features salon-style gallery walls, a painted portrait, and a vintage brass bar cart, creating an inviting atmosphere that feels like Esther's well-traveled home. This project also marks the launch of Tiffany Hanken Design's Restaurant Refresh service, aimed at helping restaurants and hotel dining rooms evolve while preserving their unique stories and identities.
