Key Takeaways

• When God feels “quiet,” first lower the noise: reduce information overload, step back from social feeds, and create space to hear His still, small voice. Watch for personal “warning lights” (anxiety, irritability, impatience) that signal it’s time to unplug and recentre.
• Sometimes silence is intentional—a season to apply what He already taught you. Keep communing with God, act in obedience, and recognize His hand even when He isn’t verbose.
• Discerning a Spirit-led pivot:
• Scripture check—God will not contradict His Word.
• History with God—does this align with recent themes in prayer, journaling, and conviction?
• Wise counsel + practical confirmations—agreement from trusted voices and doors God opens.
• Order matters—obedience first, clarity often follows.
• Pursuing school as a mompreneur: count the cost, build the team, design systems.
• Scale business responsibly, design childcare that gives peace of mind, and budget with realistic/committed revenue.
• Protect mind, body, and spirit: fuel with protein-forward meals, rest when your body says pause, and use tools that lower cognitive load.
• Tools Tatum loves for study & life design:
• Google Notebook to turn class notes into podcasts, videos, quizzes, flashcards, and mind maps.
• A custom “LifeOS” in ChatGPT trained on syllabi, calendars, and family logistics to auto-draft weekly plans.
