I'm inviting you -- yes, you -- into something joyful, low-pressure, and potentially transformative: the Selfie to Self Love Challenge.

In this episode, I (Kinzie, they/she!) and my radiant co-host Rachael (she/her) share what this challenge is, why we do it, and how it has changed lives -- including our own. Whether you’ve never taken a selfie before, or you're a seasoned self-portrait pro, this is your invitation to show up, be seen, and maybe even surprise yourself.

It’s not just about posting a photo. It’s about claiming space in community, receiving and giving genuine compliments, and existing in photos on your own terms. This is about togetherness, joy, play, and that specific kind of magic that happens when we all show up at the same time for something.
