005: Deep Dive with Audy Avery -- On Gender Fvckery and Identity Exploration (with a hearty dose of Kinzie and Audy's shenanigans; pull up a chair and join us)

In this episode, Kinzie Elizabeth (they/she), Rachael Cady (she/her), and Audy Avery (they/them) dive into their journeys of exploring and embracing gender identity. We hope it feels like you're just sitting around on a porch with us as we chat and explore these topics together.

Audy also reflects on how the Empowerment Studio has been a space to explore who they truly are after growing up in a rigid religious environment. They describe it as a “playground" for self-discovery, where photo sessions and community have helped them grow in ways they hadn’t imagined. We get into why it’s so powerful to have a space where you can just *be*—whether that’s exploring your identity, getting comfortable in front of the camera, or celebrating yourself as you are.

Oh, and you might have noticed this episode is dropping on a Tuesday. Going forward, we’re moving to Tuesday releases! Tuesdays felt like the perfect time to drop a little boost in your week, right when you might need it most.
