048: From Deconstruction to Embodiment -- and how we can do 6 years of Empowerment in 6 Months in the Empowerment Studio

Audy Avery is baaa-aaaack! (Yes!!) And this time we got together to talk about Audy’s transformation inside the Empowerment Studio -- how, over six years of hanging in our orbit and participating in all our shenanigans (ya know, selfies, mini sessions, cozy events, and our beautiful, kind community), Audy’s done some incredibly deep, beautiful work around embodiment, visibility, and joy.

Somewhere along the way, Audy and I realized that what took Audy years to unfold naturally in our community is now happening in a condensed, intentional way through the Empowerment Experience -- we effectively created a shortcut to the same magic. NEAT.

We talk about what it means to see yourself, to feel safe being visible, and how fun, anti-capitalist joy can be the most powerful kind of transformation.
