Where Are We Going With Social Media?

Something showed up in my feed this week that I can't stop thinking about. Not because of what happened, but because of how all of us reacted to it.

So today I'm asking a bigger question: where are we going with social media? When did someone's real, human crisis turn into something we watch, screenshot, and share? I don't have all the answers. I just think it's worth sitting with.
