What Does It Mean To Build A Platform For God

Fan Mail

2.8 million listens is a big number, but what stays with me is the personal side of it: the quiet decision to keep going when it felt like nobody was hearing me. Season 10 is here, and I’m sharing the real story of how this podcast almost ended after just a few recordings, until my sister Lora, while battling cancer, looked me in the eye and told me not to stop. That one sentence still pushes me forward every time doubt tries to take the mic.

I also reflect on the July memorial service recordings and why they mattered so much. I talk about the speakers who brought scripture, testimony, and straight truth, including Elder Leonard Davis and Pastor Tammie Watson, and why I believe God directed those choices through fasting and prayer. I even share the moment someone overheard the message and said they wanted to give their life to God, a reminder that faith-based audio can reach hearts in ordinary rooms, not just sanctuaries.

Then we get practical: kindness costs nothing, but it can change a day. I speak on being real, dropping negativity, and setting boundaries that protect your peace, including why I don’t let everyone into my home and how to say no without being mean. I also share plans to create children’s Bible stories, because little kids deserve something uplifting to listen to too.
