KINH NGHIỆM HÓA BẠN HIỀN

Xưa nay cứ mải tu rồi sửa
Tưởng đâu kinh nghiệm có gì sai
Càng sửa càng tin đời bất ổn
Để yên thấy rõ Biết rạng ngời

Bao năm kinh nghiệm ngăn đường đạo
Nay hóa bạn hiền nhắc: Biết thôi!
Sống động chẳng thể nào chia cắt
Lấy đâu một mẩu vật hay người

Ta, người vốn chỉ là ý tưởng
Đến đi trong Biết tựa mây trôi
Nhìn thẳng kinh nghiệm: Biết sống động
Tin nhầm mới thấy có ta, người

Ung dung hưởng trọn vui cùng khổ
Kinh nghiệm chỉ luôn Biết hiện tiền
Vui khổ hoá hình từ Đại Lạc
Giác ngộ đùa chơi với chính mình

EXPERIENCE BECOMES A GOOD FRIEND

For so long, you kept practicing and fixing,
Believing there is something wrong in your experience
The more you fix, the more you believe life is flawed
But leaving experience as it is, you will see it actually is radiant Awareness.

For years, experience’s been blocking the path
Now turns out to be a good friend, reminding it is just Awareness!
Always lively, but impossible to be divided
Where is one fragment of an object or person?

Self and others are merely ideas,
Coming and going in Awareness like drifting clouds.
Look directly at experience: just lively Awareness
Only by believing mistaken ideas, you see self and others

Leisurely enjoying joy and sorrow,
Experience is always only this present Awareness
Joy and sorrow are forms of Great Bliss.
Just enlightenment playing with itself.
