September 17: ST. ROBERT BELLARMINE: The Cardinal Who Wrote for Children

St. Robert Bellarmine was one of Europe's most brilliant cardinals — and he spent months writing a simple little book just for children.

A theological genius trusted by popes, Robert Bellarmine noticed that ordinary people, especially children, had no simple way to learn the Catholic faith. So he wrote a plain, short catechism of questions and answers that taught children the faith for centuries, while living simply himself despite his high office.

"It was clear, short, and true."

Robert's challenge doesn't have to end when the episode does. Our free Family Pack has a saint calendar, feast-day activity pages, and family discussion questions to keep it going at home — free when you subscribe: https://shop.catholicsprouts.com/pages/every-days-a-feast-day-follow-along
