SURGING: Bob Chesney's UCLA Bruins could SHAKEUP B1G Title Race as Oregon Looms--Mike Locksley Done?

UCLA and their new HC Bob Chesney are off to an electric start in Los Angeles. Are the Bruins a serious threat in the Big 10 or just a fun story this year?

On today's episode of Locked On College Football, Spencer McLaughlin and 'Locked On Gators' host Brandon Olsen discuss Florida's quick rise to relevance. Are the Gators on upset alert at Missouri?

UCLA and Florida are teams that Spencer underestimated this year, and thus far looks to have over estimated Washington. He wraps today's show discussing 3 teams he looks to have been very right about--including Penn State.
