The Darkness Under Clear Lake: A Sunken Relic Possesses a Missing Swimmer

Brian disappears beneath Clear Lake and returns clutching a carved relic, his body waterlogged and his strength no longer human. In Bruce Haney's The Darkness Under Clear Lake, a camping trip with Michelle and friends becomes a fight against possession and something waiting underwater. The object will not let Brian go, and getting it away from him may be the survivors' only chance. This Weekly Spooky horror story blends a cursed artifact, body horror, and a lakeside reunion poisoned by old tensions. Michelle has to stop what he brought ashore without becoming the next person to touch it.
