Hell House LLC (2015) turns a Halloween haunted attraction into a found footage catastrophe at the Abaddon Hotel. Henrique Couto and Rachael Redolfi examine Stephen Cognetti's film on Cutting Deep into Horror, from clown mannequins and background movement to the camera logic that makes its fake documentary convincing. They compare its confined nightmare with The Houses October Built and follow the crew's preparations into the deadly opening night. Full spoilers, including the ending and final return to the hotel. Discover how a figure in the background can make you dread the next cut.
