Across the conversations, recurring themes emerge around distraction, collaboration, overthinking, and the importance of stepping away to reset. Designers discuss everything from needing background noise to focus, to taking walks, leaning on teammates, and finding inspiration through materials, colour, sustainability, and human connection.
