"Alice's Adventures Underground" is the original handwritten manuscript by Lewis Carroll, created for the enjoyment of his family and friends before it evolved into the beloved "Alice in Wonderland." This enchanting tale began during a boat trip on the Isis River, where Carroll spun a story about a curious girl named Alice seeking adventure. The joy it brought to its young listeners, particularly Alice Liddell, inspired Carroll to write it down, leading to a timeless narrative filled with whimsy and imagination. Its themes of curiosity, exploration, and the wonder of childhood continue to resonate today, making it a cherished classic that invites listeners to rediscover the magic of storytelling.
