What Happens When Faith Interrupts The Script

A nap ends abruptly with a jolt and a vision so sharp it feels like reality: someone slips on a tile floor and is badly hurt. When I share that vision later at a miracle healing service, an elderly man named Alan quietly confirms it was him and he is there in real pain, moving with a walker after falling twice. That single moment sets the stage for a story about faith, specificity in prayer and what it looks like to respond when you believe God is speaking. 

We walk through what happens next step by step, including an early attempt where Alan tries to walk without assistance and only makes limited progress. Then the focus shifts to Alan’s wife, Judith, whose urgent need spills out in nonstop words and a written list of symptoms. I draw a hard line, ask her to stop talking and make room for prayer, and finally declare, “Jesus Christ heals you.” What follows is a sudden, overwhelming encounter with God’s power that leaves both of us physically undone and the room in awe.
