The Top Button Podcast | The SAME Problem Keeps Killing Auburn Football…Can Golesh Fix It?

New faces. New coaches. Same offensive line problems. Auburn has spent years trying to patch together an offensive line without consistently recruiting the position at a high enough level out of high school, and eventually the cycle has to end.

Are the Tigers willing to invest what it takes in the trenches instead of always chasing the sexy quarterback, receiver or skill-position addition? Alex Golesh appears to be taking a different approach, bringing in young offensive line talent, giving younger players legitimate opportunities this season and stacking some major commitments for the future. But rebuilding an SEC offensive line through recruiting takes time—and does Golesh actually have enough time to see that plan through?

We break down the problem that continues to derail Auburn year after year, why constantly kicking the can down the road hasn't worked, and whether Golesh is finally building an offensive line that can change the trajectory of Auburn Football.
