Sk: Marek stál v preplnenom letiskovom termináli bratislavského letiska.
En: Marek stood in the crowded airport terminal of Bratislava airport.
Sk: Všade navôkol sa niesla vôňa silnej kávy a hlasité oznamy letiskového personálu sa prelínali s rozhovormi cestujúcich.
En: Everywhere around him, there was the aroma of strong coffee, and the loud announcements of the airport staff mingled with the conversations of travelers.
Sk: Jeseň mala krásne farby, ale Marekovi prichodili smutné.
En: Autumn had beautiful colors, but to Marek, they seemed sad.
Sk: Stromy nádherne menili odev, no jeho myseľ bola nesústredená.
En: The trees were beautifully changing their attire, but his mind was unfocused.
Sk: Bol mladý profesionál a práve sa chystal vyraziť za novou pracovnou príležitosťou do zahraničia.
En: He was a young professional and was about to embark on a new job opportunity abroad.
Sk: Srdce sa mu zvieralo pri pomyslení na opustenie Slovenska, na domov, na rodinu.
En: His heart ached at the thought of leaving Slovakia, his home, his family.
Sk: Potreboval uistenie, že robí správnu vec.
En: He needed reassurance that he was making the right decision.
Sk: "Aký som z toho nervózny," priznal si sám pre seba.
En: "I'm so nervous about this," he admitted to himself.
Sk: Potreboval niekoho, kto by ho pochopil, a tak sa rozhodol zavolať svojmu najlepšiemu kamarátovi Tomášovi.
En: He needed someone who would understand him, so he decided to call his best friend, Tomáš.
Sk: No miesto Tomáša sa na druhej strane ozvala jeho mladšia sestra Jana.
En: But instead of Tomáš, it was his younger sister Jana who answered the phone.
Sk: "Ahoj, Marek," zaznel jej jasný hlas cez telefón.
En: "Hi, Marek," her clear voice sounded through the phone.
Sk: "Pozrí, bráško, Tomáš nie je doma.
En: "Look, bro, Tomáš isn't home.
Sk: Ale ľahneti môžem rozprávať.
En: But I can talk."
Sk: "Marek zašiel do tichého kúta.
En: Marek went to a quiet corner.
Sk: "Jana, neviem či zvládnem byť tak ďaleko.
En: "Jana, I don't know if I can handle being so far away.
Sk: Čo ak robím chybu?
En: What if I'm making a mistake?"
Sk: "Jana chvíľu počúvala.
En: Jana listened for a moment.
Sk: "Pamätáš sa na našu starkú?
En: "Do you remember our grandma?"
Sk: " začala rozprávať.
En: she began to speak.
Sk: "Bola to ona, kto ma naučil ako čeliť obavám.
En: "It was she who taught me how to face fears.
Sk: Keď sa pred mnohými rokmi presťahovala z dediny do mesta kvôli práci, tiež sa bála.
En: When she moved from the village to the city for work many years ago, she was scared too.
Sk: Ale vždy hovorila, že nové výzvy sú ako dobrodružstvo.
En: But she always said that new challenges are like adventures."
Sk: "Marek premýšľal o starkých slovách.
En: Marek thought about grandma's words.
Sk: "Ja.
En: "I...
Sk: bojím sa," priznal.
En: I'm scared," he admitted.
Sk: "Viem, ale starká hovorila, že odvaha nie je neprežiť strach, ale prekonať ho.
En: "I know, but grandma said that courage is not about not experiencing fear, but overcoming it.
Sk: Ak by som mohla, išla by som s tebou.
En: If I could, I would go with you.
Sk: Ale verím ti, a viem, že to zvládneš," Jana sa usmiala aj keď to Marek nevidel, pocítil jej podporu.
En: But I believe in you, and I know you can do it," Jana smiled, and even though Marek couldn't see it, he felt her support.
Sk: Zvuk rozhlasu znova ozval: „Prosíme cestujúcich na let do Londýna, nech sa prídu pripraviť k bráne číslo 7.
En: The sound of the loudspeaker echoed again: "Passengers on the flight to London, please prepare at gate number 7."
Sk: “Marek sa zhlboka nadýchol.
En: Marek took a deep breath.
Sk: "Ďakujem, Jana.
En: "Thank you, Jana.
Sk: Dávaš mi odvahu.
En: You give me courage."
Sk: "Keď položil telefón, uvedomil si, že staré obavy sa pomaly rozplývajú.
En: When he hung up the phone, he realized that the old fears were slowly dissipating.
Sk: Nasadil si batoh a kráčal k bráne s ľahším srdcom.
En: He put on his backpack and walked to the gate with a lighter heart.
Sk: Nevidel už prestup ako stratu, ale ako možnosť rastu.
En: He no longer saw the transition as a loss but as an opportunity for growth.
Sk: Na palube lietadla sa usadil a pohľad nasmeroval z okna.
En: On the plane, he settled into his seat and directed his gaze out the window.
Sk: Cítil sa slobodnejší a otvorenejší novým príležitostiam.

Sk: Cestou do nového života sa Marek zmenil.
