Breaking Free of Psyops Ep. 21 - Atlantis: Myth or Reality

Matthew Ehret hands the mic over this week to researcher Rick Hines for a guest deep dive into one of history's favorite unsolved mysteries. Recorded while Ehret was touring occult sites in London, this episode tackles the Atlantis question head on, but skips the usual theosophical detours into Aryan super races and alien space operas. Instead, Hines builds his case straight from Plato's Critias dialogue, tracing the conversation between Solon and Egyptian priests about a forgotten cataclysm and what it might actually reveal about a lost antediluvian civilization. Expect a personal origin story involving Edgar Cayce, new age music, and a surprisingly earnest appreciation for C.S. Lewis, alongside a serious attempt to separate credible ancient testimony from decades of pop culture mythmaking. It is a bit of a change of pace for the show, and a fun one at that.
