not so little | kendall vertes

Avery sits down with the former Dance Moms star Kendall Vertes following the announcement of her new Unwell podcast Not So Little. They take a trip down memory lane talking about growing up on camera, the reality of 12-hour shoot days, and why the “mean girl” label misrepresented who Kendall is.

Kendall opens up about studying political science and pre-law, the weird freedom of post-grad limbo, setting boundaries with social media, and building thick skin. Kendall shares how Not So Little got its name, the kinds of honest, relatable conversations she wants to have, and the guests she can’t wait to bring on. Welcome to Unwell, Kendall! New episodes of Not So Little drop Thursdays.
