En: Early that morning, they set out toward a new area where neither of them had been before.

En: "We need to be careful," Oksana thought, staring into the endless white-blue expanse.

En: Time was scarce, and the choice difficult.

En: Should she try to save Bohdan on her own?

En: Was there a chance for external help without abandoning everything they had worked so hard on?

En: She found a rope, secured it, and carefully began to descend.

En: Bohdan was barely moving.

En: Oksana recalled all the first aid skills she had learned at survival camp.

En: Summoning all her strength, she began to warm her brother and wrapped him in her warm clothing.

En: It was a difficult process, but Oksana was determined not to give up.
