Story Transcript:

En: In the fall, when Lev leaves the golden leaves on the streets, the train station in Lviv is bustling with real life.

En: Inside, under the high arches, people hum like a river's current.

En: Here, a multitude of voices buzz, sounding like the song of an anthill, as everyone rushes to their train.

En: Olena stands near the large timetable board.

En: She keeps checking her watch, even though there is still some time before the train's departure.

En: Her dark hair flutters slightly in the autumn breeze that breaks through the open doors.

En: Beside her is Taras.

En: Though the younger brother, he appears calmer.

En: He smiles at Olena, trying to ease her fears.

En: "Olena, don't worry, we will make it," says Taras, looking at the book in his hand.

En: "You always say that, but I don't want to miss the train.

En: There's not much time left before the wedding," replies Olena, staring intently at the watch.

En: Suddenly, a pleasant voice comes from the speakers announcing the departure of their train to Odesa.

En: Olena immediately starts tugging Taras by the sleeve.

En: "Let's go, right now!

En: We need to be on the platform," she insists.

En: Taras knows how important it is for Olena to have everything under control, so this time he decides not to argue.

En: They both plunge into the crowd, dodging people and suitcases that block the aisles.

En: They have only a few meters left to the carriage when the train starts to move slowly.

En: Olena feels like the train might leave without them, and her heart skips a beat.

En: But then Taras, holding his sister's hand more firmly, leads her towards the open doors.

En: They catch their breath inside the carriage, filled with adrenaline and relief.

En: Olena, looking at Taras, smiles through her anxiety: "Thank you, brother.

En: You were right; it was worth relaxing a bit."

En: "Sometimes it's better to just go with the flow," he responds with a smile.

En: The train picks up speed, and they sit by the window, watching the music of the autumn landscape.

En: Olena and Taras have found a new harmony: she learned to let go a little, and he understood the importance of planning.

En: This journey to Odesa will not only be a trip to a friend's wedding but also a new step in the relationship between the brother and sister.
