Actress, writer, and singer-songwriter Lindsey Kraft joins The Roundtable with Robert Bannon to discuss her acclaimed new one-woman musical, We've Been Here Before. The heartfelt and funny production follows a woman whose decision to learn piano at 40 unexpectedly unlocks memories, relationships, and long-buried emotions, taking audiences on a moving journey of self-discovery, healing, and finding the courage to begin again. Lindsey shares the deeply personal inspiration behind the show, writing the music and story, and what it has been like bringing such an intimate piece to the stage.
She also talks about collaborating with Grammy-nominated singer-songwriter Ben Folds, who serves as the show's music director and performs alongside her, helping bring this unique theatrical experience to life. Lindsey opens up about finding her voice as a songwriter, taking creative risks, and why this project has become one of the most meaningful experiences of her career.
Plus, Lindsey looks back on her incredible television and film career, including fan-favorite roles in Grace and Frankie, The Big Bang Theory, Why Women Kill, Mythic Quest, and more. From comedy and acting to writing and music, it's a candid conversation about embracing new challenges and continuing to evolve as an artist.
