Lanterns Teaser Proves James Gunn's DCU Is Falling To Pieces

Is James Gunn's DCU already crumbling under tonal inconsistency? In this video, I break down why fan goodwill is waning fast, starting with the Lanterns teaser trailer backlash.

We dive into the symptoms like:

🔴Mismatched vibes across

🔴Peacemaker's raunchy comedy

🔴Superman's overstuffed Silver Age style, and

🔴Lanterns' ultra-grounded True Detective knockoff

Then diagnose the real leadership issues at play. Backed by box office data, review scores, and fan reactions on X, I lay out the evidence showing how this patchwork approach risks long-term sustainability for DC's flagship IP.

If you're tired of hype cycles and want straight talk on the comic industry's health, this is for you.
