The Trade Waiting Myth

For years, Marvel and DC have told us that sales aren't disappearing; they’re just "shifting formats." They claim the monthly reader has simply become a "Trade Waiter."

We break down the "Trust ROI" of a $5.99 floppy versus the $0.09-per-page value of a classic Omnibus, and why the "Perpetual #1" strategy has finally backfired on the Big Two.
