"Secret Mysteries of America's Beginnings" presents a sweeping theory that America's founding wasn't just influenced by Freemasonry, it was the fulfillment of an ancient occult plan. The film traces connections from John Dee (the original 007) through Francis Bacon's Rosicrucian leadership to Benjamin Franklin's spy networks and George Washington's Masonic ceremonies. While the documentary makes bold claims about ley lines connecting major cities and secret ciphers hidden in Shakespeare's works, it's packed with original research, historical reenactments, and genuinely fascinating deep dives into early American conspiracy lore that most people have never heard before.
