This week, Pastor Jim walks us through 1 Samuel 24, where David has the opportunity to take revenge on Saul but chooses mercy instead. Rather than taking matters into his own hands, David trusts God’s timing and responds to evil with humility and grace. This powerful moment reminds us that faith often means surrendering revenge and choosing righteousness, even when it’s difficult. We’re challenged to trust God as our defender and respond with goodness in the face of hurt.
