The Return of The King | 2 Samuel 19-21 | Sermon

This week, Pastor Jim walks us through 2 Samuel 19–21, where David returns to Jerusalem and begins restoring the kingdom after Absalom’s rebellion. Along the way, David faces difficult decisions, broken relationships, another rebellion, and the consequences of past sin. Through it all, we see both the complexity of David’s leadership and the faithfulness of God to preserve His people. These chapters remind us that restoration can be messy, our choices often carry lasting consequences, and God remains faithful even in the middle of conflict and uncertainty.
