This week, Pastor Jim walks us through 2 Samuel 7, one of the most significant chapters in the life of David. As David desires to build a house for the Lord, God responds by promising to build a lasting house for David instead—a kingdom that will ultimately be fulfilled through Jesus Christ. This covenant reminds us that God's plans are always greater than our own and that His promises never fail. The passage points us to the faithfulness of God, who keeps His word from generation to generation.
