Together they explore moving beyond an either/or “fix it” mindset into a both/and approach, and how problem-solving aligns with the authentic self rooted in love and trust versus the conditioned self rooted in fear and worry. Nicole shares her own fear-based over-preparing and how she shifted toward focusing on love, purpose, and aligned action without toxic positivity.
