SPOTLIGHT: Breece Hall Groin Injury—Braelon Allen Has Chance to SHINE in Preseason Weeks

Will Allen’s explosive speed and power push the Jets toward a two-back rotation, or will Hall remain the workhorse once healthy? John B. explores the ripple effects on the Jets’ rushing attack, RB depth chart, and offensive game plan, while questioning if the team can optimize Hall’s unique skill set.

On the defensive front, the Jets’ roster battles heat up as Mory Bamba’s knee injury shakes up special teams and cornerback competition, potentially reopening the door for Quontez Stiggers and Arian Smith. Meanwhile, T’Vondre Sweat’s return from the non-football injury list promises sturdier run defense. John B. breaks down roster implications, emerging playmakers, and what these injury updates mean for New York’s momentum heading into the 2026 NFL season.
