ACCOUNTABILITY: Why the New York Jets Must DELIVER in 2026—The Aaron Glenn Question and Draft Future

John B. dissects Glenn’s rocky first year, the dangers of a “mirage” six-win season, and the high stakes of this year’s draft class for the Jets’ long-term rebuild. Are players like Kenyon Sadiq and Omar Cooper the keys to unlocking a successful new era in New York, or potential cautionary tales for the front office’s scouting process?

Key topics include realistic rookie expectations for Kenyan Sadiq at tight end, projected production benchmarks for Sadiq and Omar Cooper, and which preseason standouts like Moribamba and Nate Lynn might crack the final 53-man roster. John B. breaks down the cutdown day process, waiver wire mechanics, practice squad rules, and offers candid takes on which fringe players—like Arian Smith, Braiden McGregor, and Jelani Woods—should stay or go. Don’t miss this essential Jets mailbag as the roster deadline looms.
