The System You Built For Addition Won't Get You Multiplication

You can be busy. You can even be growing. And still not be multiplying.

In this episode, Cynthia talks honestly about what it actually costs to move from addition to multiplication — not the theory, but the moment you have to let go of a system you built, invested in, and were proud of, because it wasn't producing what it looked like it should. She walks through two patterns many leaders don't even realize they're still running on: a structure built for slow, careful addition, and a discipleship habit — going deep with one person, alone — that can quietly block the very multiplication it's meant to produce.

This works the same whether you're leading a congregation in the Midwest or training leaders in a movement context overseas. The system is just dressed differently.
