CBCF Opens 55th Annual Legislative Conference

The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation is opening its 55th Annual Legislative Conference in Washington as civil rights leaders, lawmakers and community advocates gather to address voting rights, economic opportunity, education, health disparities and criminal justice. This year's conference also marks the foundation's 50th anniversary under the theme "Rooted, Ready & Rising."
