Judge Removed as Karmelo Anthony Seeks New Trial

A visiting judge removed Judge John Roach from Karmelo Anthony's post-trial proceedings after finding that Roach's conduct could cause a reasonable observer to question his impartiality. Anthony's 35-year murder conviction still stands as he seeks a new trial.
