26. “Esposito” - Risk, resilience and roaches

This is a short episode that tells the story of that one time I woke up in the middle of the night to a cockroach crawling on my arm. Why tell this specific story? Because of what I made it mean. Give this one a listen, you too will see what I mean.

In this episode, I'll touch on:

• what I wanted to release during this past Aries full moon
• the importance of risk and resilience
• how these lessons found me in the dark in the form of a cockroach and nightmares
• the symbolism of roaches
• how I transformed this experience into something happening TO me into something happening FOR me

FAIR WARNING: this episode contains numerous expletives. NSF for tiny ears around.
