En: But soon the questions became too much to handle.

Sv: Lars kände sig obekväm och osäker.

Sv: Lars rodnade och harklade sig.
En: Lars blushed and cleared his throat.

En: Everything was in order, and she felt relieved.

Sv: När de lämnade sjukhuset, skrattade de båda gott åt händelsen.
En: As they left the sjukhuset, they both laughed heartily at the event.

En: Lars said apologetically, "I guess it's best to leave the doctoring to the pros!"

Sv: Elsa nickade, men något i henne hade förändrats.
En: Elsa nodded, but something in her had changed.

En: She felt a little less afraid of doctor visits now.

En: They walked through the autumn leaves, happy and relieved.
