Our speaker for this episode is Pastor Tim Taylor, director of outreach ministries for the Oregon Conference. In his presentation, Tim talks about the startling reality of missing members and the need to close the back door. He shares how to build a team and how to coordinate the team’s working using interest tracking software. He also discusses how to use tools like Mission Insight and the Rainer Scale. Tim offers practical advice on reaching out to missing members, and I think you’ll be able to adapt what he teaches into your own ministry context.
