#366: Morbius (2022)

In our most ambitious challenge yet, we are reviewing at least three movies from the defunct Sony Spider-Man Villain Spin-Off Universe (SSMVSOU for short). To kick off, we're finally talking about Morbius, a film so heavily memed that the internet convinced Sony to re-release it into theatres so it could bomb a second time. It's about Doctor Michael Morbius (played by allegedly terrible person Jared Leto), a man who becomes a vampire through science to cure an illness he has. He then gatekeeps the cure from his brother (played by allegedly wonderful person Matt Smith), so now they have to fight or something.
