General Hospital spoilers for Sept 28-Oct 2, 2026 reveal Drew Cain Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) feeling betrayed in a way he didn’t expect. Detective Harrison Chase (Josh Swickard) seeks legal counsel, while the aftermath of Jenz Sidwell's (Carlo Rota) attack in Pentonville unfolds. Justine Turner (Vanessa Marcil) lands in hot water.

GH spoilers anticipate that Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) and Michael Corinthos (Rory Gibson) team up against Willow Tait (Katelyn MacMullen), potentially damaging Chase and Brooklyn's marriage. Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) reaches a critical decision, possibly related to her music career or an ongoing stalker storyline.

Spoilers for General Hospital expect to see more of Trina's stalker, and rumors suggest the stalker may attack Kai (Jens Austin Astrup) during the November sweeps. An inmate warns Curtis Ashford (Donnell Turner) about a potential attack on Sidwell. Despite the potential danger, Curtis chooses to stay in his cell. More GH spoilers suggest that Ava Jerome (Maura West) tries to point Willow in the right direction, leading to more conflict in the Corinthos family the week of 9/28- 10/02/2026.
